Getting To Know You Vol. 1

First time we've released it digitally in its entirety (so far, we only had a teaser) but here it is in all its glory! Me & Cutso's baby...a project very close to my heart. We created the concept for this mix over breakfast one day in San Jose, because we both realized how weird our musical upbringing was. We both had bouts with new wave, pop-punk, metal, latin freestyle, and of course a heavy dose of g-funk...so we wanted to make a mix that was something like a soundtrack to our lives thus far. Each song has special significance to us-and since this is Volume 1, this mix just barely scratched the surface to our eclectic history. Volume 2 is in the works and will be coming out soon...stay posted!

Dancin' In The Deep is a Monthly event held at Chicago's Q4/Multi Kulti. Each month we strive to create a vibe where everyone can be themselves, moving to all types of music... Bringing together Chicago's best bands and DJ's This month we have resident band Beyond Luck... We'll be bringin' dance-floor rocking boogie all night long just like we do every Sunday at LiPo Lounge. This is one for the folks who can never make it out on Sunday nights because of work Monday morning. We know you're out there and we're bringing the party to you!

Hosted by KPOO's K-MAXX, who's test press of the boogie jam "Super Drunk" has been getting heavy play in the basement.
