Met Vanessa in the dorms at SFSU...we both had fake ID's and instantly bonded. Milk on Haight, Mighty, Dalva, Fillmore, used to be our old haunts. Talk about a past lifetime...she now lives in LA and I had a chance to catch up with her when I played at Soul Sessions at Grand Star Jazz Club. Friends for almost 10 years and although we rarely see each other, when we do, we start up right where we left off. Love you V-mama
